Classes

There are Classes in Worthing at Sidney Walter Centre and Angmering Community Centre West Sussex UK. We do take a break half way through the classes. For new members a fee of £7 a session for up to 1 months is available to get a feel of the group and class dynamics. I then switch to a either £10 a session or rolling £30 a month per person. Classes in Worthing are Tuesday(Currently Full) and to far ahead for beginners and Wednesday Mornings 10:30 to 12, Spaces available. Classes at Angmering Community Centre are Thursday Midday 11.50 to 12. The Classes are a continuous rolling class. IT started in July 2023 so is still at a achievable level of Tai Chi. I prefer to keep a continuous class on a given day and build it up with mixed levels. Venue is Angmering Community Centre Foxwood Avenue Angmering West Sussex BN16 4FU Classes for Tai Chi In Worthing are running on Wednesday from 10.30 - 12.00. Venue for Worthing is Sidney Walter Centre, Sussex Road, Worthing. Teaching Times at Sidney Walter Centre: Wednesday Sidney Walter Centre 10:30-12:00 - 7 Spaces left with a break half way through. Both Worthing Classes are established groups. An established group is good to join as there’s people to follow when the Instructor can’t be seen. The style of Tai Chi is primarily Yang Style with a mix of Sun Style. There are currently 4 main patterns in a given routine. These can be mixed around giving a different experience to the Tai Chi. Training DVDs and videos are available to learn from home. This enables one to practice a few of the sequences to get a good feel of things. We sometimes use a short Training Stick for warmups and on occasion do a pattern with the stick. A stick is very good for improving coordination. The stick routine is done a bit quicker than the Tai Chi Patterns.
