Over 50s ongoing Easy Tai Chi and Qi Gong Broadwater

I have two types of classes available.

    Class Type 1.

A walk in class. This is a very easy-going no-learning-required type of class. It is an hour of soft and gentle Tai Chi and Qi Gong. It’s very easy to follow and requires no homework or home practice. Suitable for all ages up to any age. It requires no level of fitness and will develop flexibility. It will also develop co-ordination, strength, ability to relax at will, stamina and balance.

  • Class Type 2.(Monday Evenings)

The idea of this type of class is to allow for individual tuition. All of the above benefits apply but will be amplified in this class. Development is from beginner level to advanced. There is no pressure to learn at any speed but what is required is a commitment to try and fit in some home practice a few times a week. The idea is to practice what has been taught from the instructor.
To get to a intermediate level of Tai Chi requires self-practice. DVDs will be available for home instruction and practice
The classes are kept very small to allow the Instructor to go around and give instruction to everyone. The Instruction is to guide and correct.

This is an ideal class for someone who has an interest and some time to put into learning something that is a lifetime activity of joy and peace.

The only available class is the Monday Evening Class.
